Made a quick stop at Pho Plus and I was not disappointed! The noodles were soft, the broth refreshing, and the meat tender and savory. The place was clean and welcoming! 10/10

5/5 for me. We went around 9-10pm wanting some soup. They’re opened till 1am which is good for some late night pho or any soup! There was only two customers when we arrived so no wait time. The service was simple with a simple menu. I enjoyed a simple menu because I didn’t have to look at a whole bunch of pages. I got a bun rieu and it was soo good. I wish it came with more of the crab because that was perfectly sweet with the tomatoey based broth. The broth was so light and yet so flavorful. It also came with pork blood, fried tofu & pork. It comes in a clay pot so definitely stays hot for a long time lol. They also serve your noodles next to your vegetables which is very different and I enjoy that especially if you’re sharing with someone. My boyfriend got the bun Bo hue and he enjoyed it too! It was salty but the perfect amount of saltiness. Not too overpowering. I believe his came with pork blood, pork and something else. I enjoyed trying his broth as well. I can’t believe I didn’t find this place sooner! Can’t wait to be a regular here!

The food is AMAZING!!! Didn’t expect to experience great traditional Chinese and Vietnamese dishes here. Very authentic, not for Panda restaurant goers.

We came in early on Saturday for Bun Bo Hue (spicy noodle soup) and Hu Tieu Nam Vang and Banh Canh. These items were average good, the bowl they used are cast iron, so it kept the heat of the bowl hot for a while. I would come back again. Pretty good.

Vietnamese duck porridge, crab soup noodle & bun rieu are delicious. Hidden gem in town. If you love Vietnamese foods, you should try this place. A lot of outdoor tables, parking. It gets super busy during holidays.

This is our first time at Tu Quy. We don't know what to expect. But the representation is a surprise to us. The bowls are keeping the Bun Bo Hue hot for a long time. The taste is satisfying. We are coming back for sure.

Tứ Quý Restaurant, nestled in Sacramento, offers an authentic culinary journey into the rich flavors of Vietnamese and traditional Chinese cuisine. This unassuming gem, located at 6519 Savings Pl, stands out not just for its inviting atmosphere but for delivering dishes that resonate with true home-cooked warmth and an emphasis on quality ingredients.

What struck me most about Tứ Quý is the masterful balance in their broths—light yet deeply flavorful, a testament to slow-simmered stock and fresh herbs. Highlights like the bún riêu present a beautiful harmony of sweet crab meat, tomato base, pork blood, and fried tofu, all served piping hot in a clay pot that retains its warmth well beyond the first bite. The separation of noodles and vegetables on the side reflects a thoughtful approach to sharing and customizing each bite.

The bún bò Huế, renowned for its delicate salty and spicy notes, showcases tender cuts of pork and pork blood, with a broth that hits the perfect seasoning balance—inviting you in without overwhelming. Accompanying dishes such as Vietnamese duck porridge and crab soup noodles further deepen the menu's authenticity, responding perfectly to cravings for rich, comforting meals.

Beyond the food itself, Tứ Quý’s ambience—a clean, welcoming space with ample outdoor seating—complements the experience without overshadowing the stars of the show: the food. Their late-night hours, staying open until 1 a.m., cater wonderfully to night owls in search of soulful, satisfying soups. The staff’s straightforward service and a streamlined menu ensure a relaxed, focused dining experience where each dish can shine.

In essence, Tứ Quý Restaurant is a sanctuary for lovers of traditional Vietnamese flavors, breaking away from generic, watered-down versions often found elsewhere. It's a place where freshness, tradition, and thoughtful preparation converge, leaving a lasting impression that calls for many return visits.
